Are there any refunds?

Filing fees are non-refundable once paperwork has been filed with the court. Off-duty processing fees are also non-refundable; review the service agreement for details.

Can property managers invoice their clients?

Yes. Property management companies can request an invoice to send to the property owner through Stripe.
